As the subject says, I'm new here. My name is Sylvia, I am overweight & depressed, just looking for other people who might be able to help, give ideas, things that have helped them through this. It seems like a minute to minute battle for me. I am not sure what else to put, just signed up here, so I'm still looking around, getting used to this site. Any help or ideas would be much appreciated!
